How I Help

Systems That Work With Your Brain, Not Against It

Practical coaching for the focus, follow-through, and self-trust that adult ADHD makes harder than it should be.

01

Done White-Knuckling It

Whether you were diagnosed as a kid, got diagnosed as an adult, or have always suspected undiagnosed ADHD but never had it confirmed, the daily reality is the same: things that seem simple for other people take real effort for you. Coaching isn't about willpower, it's about building systems and routines that work with your brain instead of against it.

02

In Our Work Together, You'll Learn How To

  • Tackle Tasks with Ease , Break large, intimidating work into steps you'll actually start.

  • Design Brain-Friendly Systems , Build routines around how you actually function, not how a productivity book says you should.

  • Regulate Emotions Effectively , Manage the frustration, shame, and self-criticism that often trail ADHD in adulthood.

  • Rebuild Self-Trust , Replace the pattern of promising yourself you'll change with actually following through, consistently.

  • Manage the Full Load , Apply these skills across work, relationships, and home life, not just one area.

03

Why Coaching, and Why Now

A lot of adults come to coaching after years of feeling like they should have "figured this out by now." That framing isn't accurate or useful. ADHD in adulthood often shows up differently than it did in childhood, less hyperactivity, more chronic overwhelm, procrastination, and difficulty with follow-through, and undiagnosed ADHD is common in adults who were never evaluated as kids, especially women and quieter presentations that got overlooked. Coaching meets you where you actually are now, whether or not you have a formal diagnosis.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about this coaching.

I was never diagnosed as a kid, can adult ADHD resources like this still help me?

Yes. Many adults come to coaching with a strong suspicion of undiagnosed ADHD rather than a formal childhood diagnosis. We work with what's actually showing up in your life now, focus, follow-through, overwhelm, regardless of whether or when you were diagnosed.

How is ADHD coaching different from therapy?

Therapy often looks backward to understand why, coaching looks forward to build what's next. We're not processing childhood or diagnosing conditions; we're building practical systems and accountability for the challenges you're facing right now. Many clients do both at the same time.

What if I'm on medication already?

That's common, and coaching works alongside it, not instead of it. I'm not able to manage or advise on your medication, that stays between you and your prescriber, but we can absolutely build coaching around whatever your current treatment looks like.

I don't have "typical" ADHD symptoms, is this still for me?

ADHD in adults doesn't always look like the stereotype. Chronic overwhelm, difficulty starting tasks, time blindness, and emotional reactivity are just as common as hyperactivity, and often more common in adults. If daily functioning feels harder than it should, it's worth a conversation.

How much of this is about productivity vs. how I feel about myself?

Both, and they're connected. A lot of adult ADHD coaching ends up addressing the self-trust and self-criticism that build up after years of feeling like you're falling short, not just calendars and task lists.

What does a session actually involve?

We review what's worked and what hasn't since we last talked, troubleshoot what's currently getting in your way, and leave with a specific, realistic adjustment to try, not a generic productivity framework.
