Anxiety Coaching for College Students & Young Professionals
Coaching for college students and young professionals navigating performance pressure and Ivy League-level expectations. Perform without the burnout, panic, and second-guessing.
How I Help
Practical tools for stress, overthinking, and performance anxiety. Built for high-stakes academic and professional environments.
As an anxiety coach for college students and young professionals, I work with the specific pressure of high-stakes environments. Heavy course loads, competitive programs, internships, and the constant sense that you can't afford to slip. For students on Ivy League and similarly demanding tracks especially, the anxiety often hides behind strong performance until burnout forces the issue. Coaching gives you concrete tools to regulate stress, quiet the overthinking, and make decisions from clarity instead of fear.
Ambition and anxiety often travel together. As a mentor for high-achieving young adults, I help you build a sustainable relationship with achievement, one that doesn't run on adrenaline and self-criticism. We focus on stress management for driven students and young professionals: nervous-system regulation, realistic standards, and systems that protect your focus and energy. The goal isn't to lower the bar. It's to reach it without the burnout, panic, and second-guessing that usually come with it.

FAQ
Answers to the most common questions about this coaching.
Therapy often looks backward to understand where anxiety comes from and can involve diagnosis and clinical treatment. Coaching is forward-focused and practical. We work on the pressures you're facing right now (course loads, social situations, performance) and build tools you can use immediately. Plenty of people do both; coaching complements therapy rather than replacing it.
Low-pressure and conversational. There's nothing to prepare. We just talk through what's been going on, what you'd want to be different, and whether coaching feels like a fit. You're not committing to anything by showing up to the first conversation.
Yes. Social anxiety is one of the most common things I work on with college students and young professionals. From speaking up in class to dating to putting yourself out there. We use practical tools like gradual exposure and cognitive work to shrink the fear over time instead of just avoiding the situations that trigger it.
That's completely fine. Coaching works alongside both. I don't manage or advise on medication; that stays between you and your prescriber. If you're in therapy, coaching adds a practical, skills-focused layer on top of the deeper work happening there.
Both. A lot of what we work on is everyday stress, overwhelm, and pressure rather than clinical anxiety. If daily life feels harder to manage than it should, that's worth a conversation regardless of any label.
Sessions happen over video, so we can meet wherever you are. Dorm, apartment, or home over break. Between sessions you'll have a couple of concrete things to practice, and it's easy to fit around a class or work schedule since there's no commute involved.
